Day 01: Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha.

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, our VIP Visa Specialist will meet and welcome you to East Africa. He guides you through the entire Tanzania Visa application process and skipping long immigration queues. With Galloping Safaris, you will be escorted from arrival to departure, making your arrival to Tanzania completely worry-free. Upon exiting the airport, a Galloping Safaris representative will be holding a poster with your name who will transfer you to Arusha (45 minutes) for the Serenity retreat of Legendary Coffee Lodge this charming hotel has beautiful views of Mount Meru and is the ideal place to acclimatize to Africa or simply relax in the poolside gardens with a chilled drink. On cool winter evenings, get cozy next to a fireplace and sip one of the best coffees you will ever taste and enjoy dinner at the lodge’s restaurant.

Day 02: Tarangire to Witness the massive Elephant herds and Giant Baobab trees – Evening High tea.

Depart 08h00 from Arusha with 4x4x and drive to Tarangire National Park is a unique place and an absolutely fantastic in this time of the year. Viewing some of Tanzania’s largest populations of elephant and enjoying the diverse scenery, including the dramatic baobab trees that are so typical of the park. Enjoy a picnic lunch near the stretch of Tarangire River. More game drive until end of the day you drive to Chem Chem Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight.

However, it is the pure delight and sheer pleasure of luxury tents that will remain with you for years to come, and will keep you returning, if only in spirit, to this delightfully dreamlike lodge. Sunset Hill is the perfect locations to sit atop and enjoy the deep orange sunsets that often welcome in the starry skies. With food and drinks served by one of the staffs, this is truly a magical experience not to be missed.

Day 03: Bush Walk + Game drives – Sundowner – Bush Barbecue Dinner.

Sunrise Bush walk with a new African morning, there’s calmness to the Tarangire panorama. It seems serene and soft, a little haze rising through the 300-year old trees. But head out at this hour, and it’s eventful in the bush. Morning is the premier time of day for a game drive, a time when big cats are on the move, and big mammals are feeding with abandon. Your goal will be to explore the more remote areas of Tarangire track down the resident carnivores and seek out some of the rare antelope species in search along the river circuits. Take a break with a picnic lunch at Silale Swamp and spend the afternoon in the beautiful Kitibong regions. Return to the lodge for high tea and ready for your sundowner in hand watch as the sun swiftly sinks and your setting becomes illuminated by a magnificent log fire. Once you have settled into your surroundings let our chef introduce you to traditional Swahili fare and experience a memorable evening under the African night sky. Dinner and overnight at Chem Chem Safari Lodge.

Day 04: Lake Manyara National Park – Game drive – Mto wa mbu village visit.

Breakfast with best fine view and you leave the lodge and with en-route game drive to Tarangire gate for exit and drive the short distance to Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing to this unique park with an alkaline lake and breathtaking views. Here you will view a wide variety of wildlife and the acacia woodlands offer the best overall wildlife viewing in the park. Enjoy your picnic lunches under the Acacia trees. This habitat is favored by the park’s famous tree-climbing lions, leopards and giraffes and can claim the greatest elephant concentration in East Africa. Algae thrive in the high saline content of the lake. Huge and colorful flocks of birds gather in the water to feed, including many different varieties of birds that coexist together. In fact, well over 300 different species of birds have been recorded here, continue with afternoon game drive and later drive to the Lush retreat of Chem Chem Safari Lodge for cocktails drinks dinner and overnight.

Day 05: Flight to Mwiba Wildlife Reserve – High Tea and Afternoon Game drive – Sundowner – Bonfires.

After a sumptuous breakfast, you will transfer by road to the Manyara Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Mwiba Airstrip depart at 11: 30 Am, and arrive Mwiba Airstrip at 11: 45 PM. You’ll be picked up at the airstrip by Lodge guide and the game drive begins immediately. Arrive at Mwiba Lodge, located on a private conservancy adjacent to the Serengeti, in time for high tea. After tea, continue exploring the conservancy with your guide, returning to lodge for dinner and overnight at Mwiba Lodge.

Day 06: Mwiba Wildlife Reserve – Walking Safari and Night Drive.

Wake up early to experience the vast number of wildlife species in the area on a game drive. Return to lodge for a full hot breakfast. This afternoon explores the area around lodge on foot with an armed guide. This is a thrilling way to experience the African bush more intimately. After dinner you will head out on your night drive, a fabulous way to learn about Africa’s nocturnal game and see the migration by starlight. Return to Mwiba Lodge to rest your head after an exciting day.

Day 07: Mwiba Wildlife Reserve – Hot Air balloon Ride and game Drive – Sundowner – Bonfires.

A hot air balloon ride truly is an extraordinary way to see the vast landscape and the wildebeest migration. After silently gliding over Africa’s big game for an hour, enjoy a champagne breakfast in the bush. Spend mid-day getting a message, doing yoga, or reading in lodge before heading out on an afternoon game drive. Return to lodge for a late dinner and overnight or enjoy a sundowner at sunset with an amazing view. Overnight at Mwiba Lodge.

Day 08: Mwiba Wildlife Reserve – Tribal experiences with Hadzabe and Datoga -Bush Barbecue Dinner.

After a sumptuous breakfast, today we explore the Hadzabe and Datoga tribal and your Hadzabe guides will teach you to read the pug-marks and prints, as well as how to harvest honey, light fires the real way to make bows and arrows, and silently stalk your prey. Walking this wild space, you will feel the opening of your senses, sharpening in response to the immediacy of the wilderness, vision, sound, smell all respond to the challenge of perceiving and reading the primordial signals of the bush. You will learn to see the landscape through the eyes of the Hadzabe, immeasurably enhancing the richness of the way you experience it. Enjoy the active participation of engaging with your surrounds, and cultivate a fuller appreciation of the myriad intricacies that make up the magic of the bush. Enjoy your picnic lunch under the Acacia tree.

Return to lodge for a Bush barbecue dinner and overnight at Mwiba Lodge.

Day 09: Flight to Arusha Airport + Private Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport- Departure.

After a sumptuous breakfast, you will transfer by road to the Mwiba Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Airport depart at 11: 00 Am, and arrive Mwiba Airstrip at 11: 45 PM. Upon arrival at Arusha Airport you will be meet with our guide and short transfer to Legendary Lodge for a fare well delicious Lunch, today you will taste Beef & Chicken Barbecue, brown rice, bananas, cheese plate, organic salads to have more African touch and private transfer back to Kilimanjaro International Airport in time for check in for departure flight.
