 Day-By-Day tour

  • Day 01: Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha.

    Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our VIP Visa specialist will meet and welcome you to East Africa. He/she guides you through the entire Tanzania Visa application process and skipping long immigration queues. You will be escorted from arrival to departure, making your arrival to Tanzania completely worry-free. Upon exiting the airport, Your Host Walter and his Team at (Galloping Safaris) will be holding a poster with your name Family and board the Jeep and ready for the short transfer to Arusha (40 minutes) drive to your first night lodge before starting your lifetime trip at the serenity retreat of Lake Duluti Coffee Lodge set on a picturesque coffee plantation; this charming lodge has beautiful views of Mount Meru and is the ideal place to acclimatize to Africa-Suite Chalets. After check in you will return to the dining for an awaiting for an aperitif delicious, Dinner is served a three-course at the glandulous table in the dining room or garden near the swimming pool the choice is yours.

  • Day 02: Tarangire to Witness the massive Elephant herds and Giant Baobab trees – Drinks – Barbecue Dinner.

    Breakfast, 07h45 Meet and greet for the pre-safari briefing. 08h00 departure Arusha with 4×4 and drive to Tarangire National Park is a unique place and an absolutely fantastic in this time of the year. Viewing some of Tanzania’s largest populations of elephant and enjoying the diverse scenery, including the dramatic baobab trees that are so typical of the park. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Picnic site near the stretch of Tarangire River. More game drive until end of the day we head to the Camp already set up for your first night, it’s all about experiencing the sights, sounds and smells of the African night, myriad stars, the noise of elephants foraging near camp, the calls of hyenas, leopards and lions. A welcome drinks and cocktail will be served, Campfire with a Barbecue and snacks before enjoy your delicious dinner and overnight at Galloping Private Luxury Mobile Camping.

  • Day 03: Exploring the Tanzanian Woodland – Game drive – Bush Dinner- Sundowner + Cocktails.

    After breakfast, today we start our Full Day game drives in Tarangire here you have the chance of exploring the park to the fullest with Bush lunch set under the acacia trees within comfort and style. During the game drives lookout for several animals such as Lions, Leopards, big herds of Elephants, elands, heartbeat, gazelles, impalas, zebras, kudus amount others. You will also be spotted various beautiful birds such as hornbills, guinea fowls, steppe eagles, brown parrots, the gigantic lapped-faced vultures, later we return back to the camp it’s all about experiencing the sights, sounds and smells of the African night, myriad stars, the noise of elephants foraging near camp, the calls of hyenas, leopards and lions.   • Day 05: Ngorongoro Crater Africa’s “Garden of Eden “to see Big 5 Animals + Game drives – Crater Rim.

    Early breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Loduare gate for entry the permit and descending route down about 610 meters, today you will explore the famous Ngorongoro Crater during a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch) inside the Ngorongoro Crater often described as one of the wonders of the world. It is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s densest animal populations. It is one of the few places where the rare black rhino can be observed in their natural setting.

    As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. With a bit of luck, the ‘Big Five’ can be spotted during one game drive only.  Leave the Crater and ascend to the Crater rim area head to your own private camp setting overlooking the crater floor, after the welcome drinks, campfire, enjoy a bush dinner set up, overnight at Galloping Private Luxury Mobile Camping.

  • Day 06: Ngorongoro Crater Africa’s “Garden of Eden “to see Big 5 Animals + Game drives – Crater Rim.

  • Day 07: Central Serengeti National Park – Afternoon game drive – Evening High Tea.

    Breakfast, with picnic lunch’s drive to Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area in one of the best private Mobile Campsite far away from the crowd where our crews team will set up our own exclusive and private camping with all facilities, you will enjoy some welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival, relax and take some shower talking on a very unique style, today your private table will be ready to serve dinner and overnight at Galloping Private Luxury Mobile Camping.

  • Day 08: Full Day Game drive in Serengeti to see Mammals & Big cats – Cocktails + Campfire.

    Early Breakfast, Full day game drives in Serengeti National Park gets its name from the Maasai word Siringitu meaning endless Plain. Be amazed by the vast plains and the enormous amount of wildlife that can be seen here, and start counting the Big Five. Serengeti Seronera is well known as being home to a large number of big cats- lions, leopards and cheetahs. This does not deter the elephant, giraffe, hippo, crocodile, buffalo and impala who are also popular inhabitants of Seronera. Around midday you will stop for a break to enjoy a packed lunch and stretch your legs before jumping back in your jeep ready for another few hours of spotting the animals in the afternoon. At the end of the day you will return for dinner and overnight at Galloping Private Luxury Mobile Camping.

  • Day 09: In Search for the Great Migration & Predators – Game drives – Sundowner – Cocktails + Campfire.

    Breakfast, Morning game drive in Eastern Serengeti tucked home for the Big Cats in Serengeti which allows off-road game drives, perfect for migration viewing. You proceed entirely dictate the pace of your day, in discussion with your guide.  Equally impressive are Tanzania’s magical sunsets, which out here are celebrated at traditional “sundowners” … At the end of the day you will return for dinner and overnight at Galloping Private Luxury Mobile Camping.

  • Day 10: Remote Northern Serengeti – Bush Lunch – Game drive – Cocktails – High tea & Bonfires.

    Early breakfast, today we start with another game drive through the Northern Serengeti and head to the Mara River, time to watch the wildebeest migration as the dominated by the Mara River, groaning with crocs and hippos, this area is great for elephant, big herds buffalo, lion, cheetah as well as leopard in the many kopjes that make this landscape so distinctive. Also look out for small Oribi

    which thrives in this area, but is otherwise extremely scarce in northern Tanzania generally. Sunset game drives to which out here are celebrated at traditional “sundowners” … like those you’ll enjoy at your stay, followed by a dinner and overnight at Galloping Private Luxury Mobile Camping.

  • Day 11: Full Day Photographic Safaris Search for the Migration River Crossing – Sundowner + Campfire.

    These full day safaris are the best way to see the full range of what this magnificent park has to offer. Each excursion departs at around 6.30 am, with your 4×4 fully equipped to cross the Serengeti in search of game. The early mornings are relatively cool, but by midday it can become very hot indeed and sun-block lotion and hats are advised. Lunch is served under the shade of an acacia tree as you take a break from scanning the horizons, and realize that all is well with the world. One of nature’s great occasions is the annual crossing of the Mara river by migrating wildebeest. Yet it is often in the lesser-known corners of the bush that we spot the highlights of your visit, such as a kill, amorous liaison, or lesser-known creature. Spending the whole day on safari gives you every chance of such unforgettable encounters. Return for sundowner and cocktails, campfire is ready for you, enjoy dinner and overnight at Galloping Private Luxury Mobile Camping.

  • Day 14: Flight to Arusha – Farewell Lunch + Private Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for Departure.

    Breakfast, leave the camp and with an en-route game drive on the way to the airfield, please keep your eye open for any illusive animal or any number of cat family that may turn up after a successful night hunt along the river bank, transfer to Kogatende Airstrip in time for flight to Arusha Airport departs at 11: 00 AM, and arrive at 12: 15 PM. On arrival meet by your transfer guide and short drive to butler & scotch for a farewell delicious Lunch, today you have variety of vegetables, chicken, beef barbecue, brown rice, with local beers & wine to have more African touch.

    We will drive the short distance to Arusha town for the sightseen tour of the town including the Uhuru tochi monument the symbol of our Independent day 1961, half way between Cairo and Cape Town, the Arusha Clock tower is considered the centre and the symbol of the town for few minutes and we proceed back to Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure flight. Allow 2 1⁄2 hours for flight check-in.
